Independent Programme Review
A verdict on your Salesforce programme you can act on.
An independent review for the executive who has to make the call, from someone with nothing to sell you afterwards.
When it helps
- Before you choose or re-sign a Salesforce partner.
- Before go-live, when you need to know it is ready.
- Before you put Agentforce on an org you are not sure can carry it.
- When a programme is drifting and the reports still say green.
What you get
More than a health check. A technical scan tells you what is in the org; this tells you whether the programme is on track, and what to decide.
- A rating of the programme as we find it, not as it could be.
- Six to eight prioritised recommendations.
- The blockers outside the programme's control, so you can take them upward.
- What is working, so it is kept.
- A decision meeting with you, not only a report.
- A report any competent partner, or your own team, can act on.
- If you go ahead with a recovery, we can stay on as the reviewer at each stage gate.
What we examine
- Included
- Decision rights and accountability; scope, business case and benefits; how status is reported against the evidence; plan realism; the delivery partner's performance against what was agreed; adoption and business readiness; architecture, data, integrations, security and customisation; migration and test readiness; your own team's capability to steer the work.
- Not included
- Licence and commercial exposure; legal or contractual opinions; litigation support; building or fixing the programme.
How it works: two to four weeks
- 01
Scoping
We agree the question, the evidence and the people. If we cannot get the evidence we need, we stop there and you pay only for scoping.
- 02
Evidence and interviews
Documents, the org and conversations with the people involved. Nothing said in an interview is attributed to anyone.
- 03
Playback
Emerging findings as we go, so nothing in the report is a surprise.
- 04
Report and decision meeting
The rating, the recommendations and the decision in front of you.
A confidential review, where your current partner is not told, is possible; the report then states what that limits.
Our independence rules
- On any programme, we either review it or implement it. Never both, and never one after the other.
- We never review a programme we, or our founder, planned, selected, designed or delivered.
- The fee is agreed before we start and is the same whatever the verdict.
- We do not advise on, or take part in, choosing who carries out a recovery.
- The rating goes to you unchanged. Your partner can correct facts, not the rating.
- CrmWare is a Salesforce partner. We say so here, and in every review.
Why CrmWare
Manuel Conde built one of Portugal's leading Salesforce partners and was Partner for Customer Transformation at PwC. He has been on the side of the table that gets reviewed, and knows what a partner shows a reviewer and what it does not.
